First payment from 35%
- Standard interest-free installment plan:
- 35% — on signing the contract
- 20% — next payment by construction stage
- 20% — next construction stage
- 15% — towards completion of construction
- 10% — on completion / handover
- The full price of the apartment is paid in stages during construction, with no interest and no bank financing
- Long-term installment plan for Phase 3 — Lake Residences:
- 40% of the apartment price is paid after completion of construction, and the payment schedule stretches to about 3 years after handover
- 25% — on signing the contract
- 35% — in stages during construction
- 40% — after completion of construction
- The remaining 40% is spread over 12 equal quarterly payments, i.e. about 3 years after handover of the project
- In effect the buyer pays about 60% of the price before completion of construction, receives the finished property and keeps paying the remaining 40% after taking possession

When is completion planned?
Completion of Eden Residences is planned for 31 December 2026. The construction photographs on this page are from January 2026, when the project was 74% complete. Lina sends the latest construction update and the handover terms of your contract in writing.
